hotnleaks.xyz does not host any videos or copyrighted materials on its servers. Video takedown requests must be submitted through appropriate channels.
Account holders may post and edit content in the public section of the site. While hotnleaks.xyz does not proactively screen user submissions, we do not tolerate infringing material. To report violations, please follow the instructions below and use the contact method provided.
Comments and external hyperlinks may also be moderated and removed. Contact us if you believe any material should be deleted.
Takedown Notices
To file a copyright infringement notification with hotnleaks.xyz, you must send a written notice using the contact form at https://www.hotnleaks.xyz/contact-us that includes the following information, as outlined in Section 512(c)(3) of the DMCA:
- Identify yourself as the copyright holder or authorized agent, and provide a physical or electronic signature.
- Specify the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed. If multiple works are affected, provide a representative list.
- Provide URLs of the infringing material located on hotnleaks.xyz. Do not send attachments—only URLs listed in the body of the message.
- Provide your contact information: name, address, phone number, and email. If acting on behalf of the copyright holder, describe your relationship (e.g., attorney, agent).
- Include a good faith statement: “I have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
- Include a perjury statement: “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.”
Please write your notice in English. Notices submitted in other languages will not be reviewed.

Failure to include all required information may delay processing of your request.
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly submits a false or misleading claim of infringement may be liable for damages.
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, hotnleaks.xyz will act promptly to remove or disable access to the infringing content.
hotnleaks.xyz may not send confirmation of takedown actions. Please allow a reasonable time for review. If no action is taken within a reasonable timeframe, you may follow up via email for reassessment.
